How to deconstruct your goal


You should have heard about making a goal in your life period and to leave in our dreams. ‎If you deconstruct your goals, you can achieve it easily. For each person, the degree of the goal is different. To attain them, they have to make some changes in their lifestyle. A change cannot happen in a dawn.
A huge task is difficult to attain. But by breaking it on to small tasks, the attaining level of the goal becomes easier. Deconstruction of goal breaks down your major goal into small goals. Reaching these goals shall help is to reach the major goal.

1. Document your goal in a paper

Setting up a goal in your mind will not become powerful unless we write out on a paper. You should be able to see the goal. Analyze it and it should be definite and clear. You should write the exact time that takes to attain that goal.

2. Prioritize the steps that are written in your goal chart.

Analyze the goals so as to segregate according to the degree of prominence. You will get a brief idea how much time it takes to attain goals. Do the difficult tasks first, so that you can easily complete rest of them.

3. Identify and rectify the failure points.

You may go through various failures in the process of achieving your goal. Focus on the failure points to rectify, and resolve it. Repeat this process in timely sessions. You can break down that particular process and repeat those actions to rectify the problem. You can emulate the solutions done by the experts and try it your own way. Repeating those actions helps you to do the process more easily on each occasion.

4. Note down the feedback given by the people.

If you had expressed your idea to the people, you may get feedback from them. It may be both positive and negative. Analyze the negative feedback and think the solutions to sort your problem. This helps you to rectify that problem in future.

5. Use 80/20 principle

If you analyze your tasks, important and unimportant tasks can be identified. Focus on the important tasks. Here important tasks mean the ones which give more productivity to your goal. These tasks are the highlight of your success. While modifying these tasks more often, you obtain endless opportunities that succeed your goal.

6. Never give up.

Never give up on reaching your goal. You may experience several hard feelings. But, never give up; think that you are destined to accomplish your goal. Positive affirmations will help us to get confidence. Affirmations motivate you every time when you are down.

7. Do it

Never ever lag to do your deconstructed goals. If you do not commence your step, you will not attain your goal. Just do it and agitate in out comings. Take failures as the learning opportunity. You cannot be stopped by anyone.
