Getting out of your comfort zone

Some people say you need to step out of your comfort zone, had you noticed what is your comfort zone? You need to bounce yourself, they say. Your comfort zone is any type of manners that keeps you at a short anxiety level. As a result, you reach a state where your manner no longer needs much anxiety level. We need to boost our anxious level to maximise our performance. It would be nice if you take few steps to change your attitude by breaking your comfort zone.

When success blends with the emotional achievement and anxiety, a gigantic feeling of triumph were felt. Outside adventures can make you more daring one. Once you get out of the comfort zone, you build your self-awareness. This accelerates your goal achievement journey faster.

Enlarged comfort zone
If your comfort zone is small, the number of things you can do without feeling anxious are few. By getting out of your comfort zone more regularly, you’ll increase the number of things you’re comfortable with. You’ll also be able to enjoy more things in life since familiarity makes us more likely to enjoy something, even if it turned us off at first. Doing new things motivates us and helps us learn.

Repeat affirmations and visualize goals
Affirm positive goals and dreams. Tell your dreams as it already done. Visualize that you are living in those goals. This is the first step that leads to the destination of your goals. If we repeat positive affirmations, our body can do wonders. Repeating the affirmations makes the mind to feed them in our subconscious mind. Since our subconscious mind works 90% in our body, the affirmations we repeat make the body to respond and bring those affirmations to happen. Our brain loves images. When we visualize our goals, a connection between conscious and subconscious mind happens. We are what we think, so when we keep on do it, the dreams start to happen.

Do the things you cannot.
People always do the things that you cannot do. If we fear to do it, face it.That is the only solution. Unless you face it, you cannot bypass your fear.It is like winning each level in a computer game. People ease on the comfort zone; they won’t advance to higher level. We step back due to challenges we face in our advancing journey. Just experience it, then you get used to it and your fear starts to fade. This expands your current level of your comfort zone. In this way, the immortals are born in our world. Opportunities flood towards your way if you can do it!

 In conclusion, the attitude really matters when we face the challenges. Leaving your comfort zone is the main key. Challenges come on your way as dark clouds appear in the blue sky, but you have to realize that blue sky is still there.
